Got Ifta Ijaza!!!!!!!!!!

Alhumdulillahi ala Ehsanihi,

Today I got oral ijaza from my ustaz Qazi-e-Bangalore Mufti Muhammed Aslam Misbahi to write fatwas.

As Jamia Bilal holds DastarBandi every second year,hence my formal dastarbandi will be held next year.I would be at Idara-e-Sharia Darul Ifta as Intern and assisstant Mufti,which would help me strengthen my knowledge and expertize in writing fatawas,inshahALLAH

OMG...They are talking about me??????

How it feels when someone calls you Mufti?It feels great but am I worthy of it?I am sure NO,i am neither mentally nor intellectually Mufti. Yeah,I had a dream being a Mufti someday and that some day is arriving soon,next month. I used to read about Fatwa Raddul Muhtar,Fatawa Alamgere,Badai us Sanai etc. in books but never imagined one day I would read those books and give fatwa from these books. Around 5 years back,we had DawateIslami Ijtima near Jamia Bilal,at night due to congestion Muballighs had to sleep at terrace Idara-e-Shariah.It was never in my imagination one day I would be sitting here and writing fatwas.I still remember how I completed my Aalim course last year. During last year we didn't had a place to sit. My ustaz and me used to sit at Shanti Nagar graveyard. I took lessons of Bukhari Muslim & Hidaya in graveyard!

I have been to my best friends marriage at Gangavathi. Alhumdulillah he is Muballigh hence called a lot of Ulema. His Nikah was read by his peer Mufti Mujeeb Ashraf Qibla(Khalifa-e-Mufti Azam Hind and Qazi-e-Shariah of Maharashtra) and with him there where dozens of other Ulema to bless him. Muballighs of SDI & DI were also present. Mufti Mujeeb Ashraf Qibla blessed me with his dua for ifta course and other works.I had an honor to meet Allama Qalandar Razwi who is Shiekhul Hadees at DarulUloom Raza-e-Mustafa,Raichur and Khalifa of Allama Najeeb Ashraf Sahab(Marehra Shareef) & Mufti Mujeeb Ashraf Sahab Qibla. He very rarely has time and alhumdulillah I had lengthy talks with him and other ulema. He was very happy listening to Ihya Academy and gave lots and lots of Dua's. He invited me to his Darul Uloom as Examiner for forthcoming Aalim final Annual examinations.He said "when you where introduced to me as Maulana Kashif,i thought on maddaa " ka sha faa" of your name and thought there should be some 'kashf' as name has some effect on personality and now after listening to work its clear,May ALLAH make you center of Faizan of Auliya and ALLAH will take from the work of AhleSunnat". I know these are the kind and encouraging words of elders and I know I am not at all worthy of these praises. May ALLAH azzawajal make me worthy of these praises:Aameen

The Nikah was on 30th and Walima on 31.In Nikah I met muballighs of SDI and had lengthy talk with them.While coming I had my train from Hospet which is 1.5 hour from Gangavathi. Before reaching Hospet SDI Muballigh called me and later recieved me at Bus Stop. We offered Magrib and had Dinner together and later after Eisha they came with me till Railway Station. Alhumdulillah I was impressed by their Akhaq.May ALLAH bless each and every Muballigh with best akhlaq & zeal to work for Ahle Sunnah:Ameen

Finally,May ALLAH bless my best of best friend Nooruddin Razwi with best of married life:Ameen

SSF confrence May 2011

Alhumdulillah I had an honor to attend the SSF National conference in Bangalore.Around 100 delegates from around India attended the conference to talk abut the propagation of Ahle Sunnat wal Jamat in India.

The conference was presided over by Abdul Hakim Azhari.Maulana Hussain Saquafi gave speech on how each and every sect in Islam was introduced by Britishers let it be Wahabiyat or Deobandiyat. How even after whole family being Sunni some or the other member will subcribe to Wahabi thought.He talked about the Sunni masajids taken over by Wahabism and role of youth in propagation of Sunni thoughts.

After Zohar there was open session.I delivered a bayan on work of hanafi Sunni tahreek in Karnataka. I talked about the work done by DawateIslami, Sunni DawateIslami , Noori Foundation & Ihya Academy.

Sayyadina wa Shiekhuna Shiekh Abu Bakr Musliyar formally inaugurated the conference after Asar. He delivered a powerful urdu speech on Aqeeda and its importance.

Next day we had classroom session on 'How to Organize' taken by Advocate. Alhumdulillah it was a very interesting & informative session which provided us the information on how to organize the activities and lead them.

In Morning when i came to markaz,my friend Abdullah was leaving to meet Shiekh Abubakr Musliyar,I also went with him.When we reached the room,he was sleeping,he woke after a few minutes.I went to his bed, kissed his hands,he put his his blessed hands on my face and beard and asked what do I do.I told him I am studying Ifta,he asked which all books do you study,I told him the books name.I kept sitting at his bed side with his blessed hands in my sinful hands for several minutes.I asked him a sharai masla and he answered that.I would have really done something good that I got the opportunity to be with the Imam of 15th century:alhumdulillahi ala zalika

I came back to makaz.As i had to leave for Gangavathi for my best friends marriage I came back early before formal closure conference.

Alhumdulillah,In these 2 days I had the chance to interact with many Shafii Ulema who are working in different parts of India.It was an honor for me that I was invited by many to their institutes in Coimbatore & Pune.I really wish I could attend all these but due to my packed schedule I really doubt if its possible.

May ALLAH azzawajal take from me the work of AhleSunnat:Ameen

Namaz-e-Janaza inside masjid & Deobandis

Few weeks back I attended my friend's father's funeral.I was called to give Gusl to dead body,as I never had any practical experience but only theoretical knowledge which I studied in Aalim & Mufti course,I couldn't do anything except to watch.

Alhumdulillah My friends whole family is ba-shara'a and they all keep beard.His father also had beard,while giving gusl Shafi Bhai showed us that the fingers were in position of tashahaddud. After Gusl and takfeen, Imama Shareef was tied and he was taken for Graveyard masjid for Namaz-e-Janaza.

The real drama started here.Some of my friends relative are Deo/Tablighis,they were insisting to pray Namaz-e-Janaza in masjid,they said all of their relatives janaza was read in Masjid,then why not now.And we Sunni's were strongly opposing it.Finally my friend said that as he is wali ,he wants to pray outside masjid.With all quarrel we prayed outside the masjid and moved towards grave.

In Qabr we kept Shajra & Ahadnama,again seeing this Deobandi's were murmuring.After Dafan we gave Azan on Qabr and did talqeen as per custom of AhleSunnat.Finally after 40 step I did duwa and we left.

The mas'ala of praying janaza inside masjid again showed the ignorance of deobandiz and tablighis in fiqh hanafi.The core texts of Hanafi fiqh clearly indicate that praying namaze janaza inside masjid is not allowed. Ironically even deobandiz read same text as we but,as Allama Mushtaq Ahmad Nizami said:"Deobandi Bolta hai,Samajhta nahin"

Quduri,core hanfi text,its class 3rd or 4th text of Aalim course,which is taught in every deobandi madrasa clearly states:

And (Namaze Janaza) will not be read over mayyat inside masjid-e-Jama'at

Lubab,the most famous commentary on Quduri says:

(namaze janaza will not be read over mayyat inside masjid-e-jamat) i.e. Jamea Masjid and local Masjid,and just like its makrooh-e-tahrimi to pray over mayyat its makrooh-e-tahrimi to take the mayyat inside the masjid.

Above refrences clearly indicate that its not allowed to pray over dead inside masjid.

Though there are other references from Fiqh books like Hidaya,Fatawa Shami & Fatawa Hindiya, but refrence from a primer like Quduri should be enough to understand their intelligence.

Imam Ahmad Raza wrote:Aalim-e-Deen apne gunah me wo hissa khauf o nadamat ka rakhta hai ki use jald nijaat bakshta hai,wa lihaza hadees me irshad hua ,Ki aalim ka hath Rabbul Izaat ke daste qudrat me hai,agar wo lagzish bhi kare to ALLAH ta'ala jab chahe use utha lega(Fatawa Razwiya Vol:23,Page687)

Everything has a reason,this post has also a reason.I have firm belief on ALLAH that,if not today that reason would read this post tomorrow.As per Hadees:One who doesn't thank people wouldn't thank lord! Hence I'm thankful to him,because of him I could come out of the darkness.Though those 15 hours were mahalle fitna but still changed my life.Those hours cleared all the doubts I had.My curiosity finally ended.The door opened for the first time and closed forever.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:"One who repented from sin, is as if he never committed sin".

I don't know weather we will meet again in this world,neither do I wish to meet him in this world again,but I would want to meet him there,on the day of judgment,inshahALLAH!
